It's never too late to learn how to swim.
The Sovereign Centre offers lessons for adults from complete Beginners up to advanced who want to improve their stroke.
Our Learn to Swim programme will support you whatever your ability.
Swimming Lessons are available 50 weeks of the year and payable by a monthly direct debit of £32.50 per month. this includes one lesson a week for 50 weeks and unlimited swimming outside of lessons so you can practice what you learn.
Want to use the Workout Classes and the Gym too? Upgrade to Lessons Plus for £52.50 per month.

Our Adult Lessons Programme
Adult lessons are available to progress through the following stages. You can start at whichever level you are at be that a total beginner or someone looking to improve or train for fitness.
Adult Beginner - For someone who is very nervous, a complete beginner or overcoming a fear of water. You can build confidence in the strokes you want to learn.
Adult Improver - This is a lengths class where you will learn to swim 15-25m of most strokes and to become comfortable entering and swimming in deep water.
Adult Advanced - Can confidently swim 50m front and back and working towards 100m across all 4 strokes.
